94.030. Undesirable Trees.

No tree listed below shall henceforth be planted on public or private property within the limits of the Township of Plymouth. Such trees are short lived of soft wood, and, as such, are brittle and subject to storm damage, having shallow roots, which cause damage to public works and private improvements are prolific seed bearers with the resultant nuisance. The following trees constitute a public and private nuisance and constitute a hazard to life and property.

Box Elder
Soft Maples
Ailanthus (Tree of Heaven)
Catalap
Willow
Mulberry
Poplar
